Birthday Scratch Off Ticket

When i was younger my dad introduced me to scratch off lotto tickets. as a kid, i was hooked! it's entertaining and let's be honest, the idea of being an instant millionaire is very exciting. i can't help but buy them occasionally as gifts. i'm still hopeful someday one will be the gift that keeps on giving. this card is inspired by scratch offs & even includes three scratch off circles for the recipient to play.
