Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are happy to help you out! You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please have your receipt available. You can either exchange your product for something else or refund the cost to a Prize Booth gift card. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Items must be unworn, and tags still attached. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards cannot be returned.
